About Our Team:
At Boulder High, our Cross Country athletes are more than just runners—they are a family. United by a passion for running, they work hard to build a culture of support, respect, and shared success. Every day, they wake up before sunrise, run miles of grueling terrain, and push themselves to be their best—both as individuals and as a team. Our commitment to creating a strong team culture is what drives us forward.

Our Challenge:
To continue competing at the highest level, our athletes need more than just dedication—they need the right fuel and resources. Proper nutrition and hydration are essential to keeping our runners strong and ready to perform their best, while fostering the team spirit that pushes us to keep going. We also utilize training equipment to make sure our athletes stay healthy. Some of our equipment such as our team tent and branded flag are worn down and outdated. Your support can help our students have the best possible experience, grow as individuals, and stay healthy and happy.

Fueling & Hydration:
The first priority is ensuring our athletes stay energized and hydrated, especially during long races and high-intensity practices. Your donations will help supply healthy snacks, recovery drinks, and hydration stations to keep our runners strong and focused.
- Equipment Needs: Beyond nutrition, our team requires equipment like resistance bands for strength training. These are key to helping our athletes improve their performance, prevent injury, and stay in peak condition throughout the season.
- Team Culture Development: Supporting our team also means investing in the experiences that bind us together. Team-building activities and shared resources are crucial to fostering a close-knit, supportive environment where each runner can thrive.
