    ~Please Help Us Make Our Goal~

The Boulder High School Mountain Bike Team has a long history of developing athletes both on and off the bike, helping them as they climb to the next mile markers in life.

Head Coach Anthony Claudia has once again identified some needs for our team equipment and program. To fund these needs, we are inviting our current and alumni riders, families, friends, local companies and the broader community to come together and donate.

 We Appreciate You!

Here are the items we are looking to fund for our program this season:

* A complete refresh of the loaner team bikes. The current fleet will not make it another season

* Coach training and league fee sponsorships

* Cones, flagging tape for skills drills

* Refresh loaner team helmets

* Portable power station for pit and practice to charge bike batteries, AED, phones, walkies

* Skills course props: small ramps, balance boards, cornering markers

* Replenish scholarship fund for registration and race fees

* Establish race weekend travel assistance scholarship fund

The needs we have identified are not funded by the Boulder Valley School District. Every dollar donated comes directly to the BHS Mountain Bike Team and helps us provide a safe and thriving program for our riders. All donations are tax-deductible.

It's amazing what we can do together.

More than 100 current and alumni riders and their families donated more than $23,000 to last year's first-ever Total Support Fundraiser. These funds provided:

* A really nice season close banquet

* Team trailer repairs

* Retrevis high power GMRS repeater for emergency communications

* An amazing master first aid kit for the team trailer

* An AED (automated external defibrillator) for the team trailer

* An air compressor

* A commercial size rice cooker for race weekends

* Bike tools

* New bike pumps

* Two trainers for race weekends

* Foam rollers and yoga mats for the riders

* Additional 5-watt walkie talkies for new coaches

* Pit cooking supplies - knives, chafing dishes

* New pit furniture - chairs, benches, blankets, fire pit

* New kits and team fee sponsorships for all riders in financial need

* Tires, tubes, lube, Scratch, gels and gummies
